Who is behind LÉOPOLDINE DE GALZAIN?

The brand was founded by Léopoldine Duchemin, who is passionate about fine
craftsmanship and sustainable fashion. Each pair of loafers reflects her vision:
timeless elegance, absolute comfort and responsible commitment.
Where are your loafers made?

Our loafers are made in Europe, in a Portuguese family workshop. This
place of know-how passed down through generations keeps traditional
craft techniques alive, renowned for their high quality.
Products & Craftsmanship
What makes your loafers different?

We create limited-edition designs from carefully selected fine leathers
(dormant stock). Every detail is designed to last: a timeless shape, walking comfort, handcrafted finishes.
How do I choose my size?
If you are between two sizes, we recommend choosing the larger one.

Orders & Delivery
What are the delivery times and costs?

Delivery is free in France. Our loafers are in stock and ship within 2 to 3 business days. As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking information.
Do you ship outside France?

Yes. Delivery costs €25 within the European Union and €35 to the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, the United States and Canada. The exact amount is shown at checkout.
Returns & Exchanges
Can I return or exchange my pair?

Yes. You have 14 days after delivery to return or exchange your pair, provided the shoes are in their original condition and have never been worn outside. Return shipping is at your expense.
How do I make a return?

Care
How do I care for my loafers?

We recommend using a shoe tree to keep their shape, brushing them regularly and using a quality polish. More detailed advice is available in our care guide on the product page.
