Returns and refund policy

You have fourteen (14) days from receipt of your order to let us know that you would like to return it, via the contact form on our website or by email to leopoldine@leopoldinedegalzain.com, stating your order number and the item(s) concerned. Once your request has been accepted, you have seven (7) days to send your parcel back to us.

Return shipping costs by delivery country

• Mainland France: free returns. We send you a prepaid return label.
• European Union (outside France): returns at your expense. You create and pay for your own shipping label (tracked shipping recommended).
• United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, United States and Canada: final sale. These orders cannot be returned or exchanged, subject to the mandatory provisions of applicable law and the legal guarantees.

If an item is defective or does not match your order, we cover the return shipping costs, whatever the delivery country.

Condition of items

Items must be returned new, unworn, unwashed, with all their tags, in their original box. The sole must be intact: we recommend trying your shoes on a rug or carpet. Damaged, worn or incomplete items cannot be refunded and will be sent back to you.

Exchanges

Exchanges (another size or colour, subject to availability) are available for orders delivered in France and the European Union, under the same conditions and return shipping costs.

Refunds

Once we have received and checked your return, we refund the full amount paid, including the original delivery costs, within fourteen (14) days, using the payment method used for your order.
